cavalcade of cups

Supplies:

Unwaxed paper cups of any size
Chain, leather, jute or poly rope

Optional:

Beads or other small toys
Coffee filters, corn husks or pieces of cardboard

Tools:

Scissors

Step 1

Puncture one or more cups with scissors.

Step 2

To make a simple cup toy, string the cups on a stainless steel chain. The one below has a few washers on the end. Always use stainless steel toy parts. To make the Cavalcade of Cups, use the same method, but with jute, cotton rope, or leather.

Step 3

Add a toy. It will rest between this set of cups and the next.

Step 4

Add more cups.

Step 5

Add a corn husk, a piece of cardboard, or a coffee filter for variation.

Step 6

Add as many cups as you'd like.

Step 7

Reuse old toy parts and add long strings of cups to them. Any armature will do.
